Arizona Real Estate Continuing Education Requirements

Arizona requires real estate licensees to complete 24 hours of approved continuing education every two years to renew a license.

Of the 24 hours required for renewal, three credit hours must be in each of the following subjects:

    1. Agency Law
    2. Contract Law
    3. Commissioner's Standards
    4. Real Estate Legal Issues
    5. Fair Housing
    6. Disclosure
For a total of 18 credit hours. The remaining six hours are for electives.
