Alaska Real Estate Continuing Education Requirements
In order for a broker or salesperson to renew his or her license in Alaska, the licensee must document having taken twenty (20) contact hours of continuing education.
The 20 contact hours are composed of two parts:
- Eight (8) hours of core curriculum, specified by the commission
- Twelve (12) hours of Real Estate Commission approved elective courses
